Responsibilities

Responsible for kitchens daily preparation and production.
Ensure the food quality, food safety and hygiene standard to be in line with company’s requirement.
Maintain the stock control of food and materials for daily usage.

Requirements

Experience in food and beverage is required with restaurant operations and customer services in hospitality environment.
Customer-oriented with good communication and inter-personal skills both in English and Chinese.
