Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily operations of front desk services including greet and welcome guests, check-in, check-out, handling inquiries, etc
  • Provide efficient, courteous and professional services to guests
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required
 
 
Requirements:
  • F.5 or DSE graduate, Diploma / Certificate in hospitality is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Hotel PMS
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good team player and interpersonal skills
