Handle all guests enquiries in a professional manner
F.5 or DSE graduate. Diploma / Certificate in hospitality training course is an advantage
Minimum 1 year working experience in Hotel Front Office / Customer Services
Knowledge of Hotel PMS (e.g. Infor, Opera, etc) is an advantage
Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Pleasant personality and good communication skills
Fresh graduate will also be considered
