Responsibilities:

Perform check-in and check-out services for hotel guests in a professional manner

Assist guest’s inquiries and complaints

Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
-
Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management, Tourism or relevant disciplines
-
Minimum 1 year relevant experience in hospitality industry is preferred
-
Knowledge in HMS would be an advantage
-
Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
-
Attention to details and cheerful personality

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Guest Services Agent
