Designated as HKSAR Government Community Isolation Facility

In light of the challenging COVID-19 situation and insufficient isolation facilities in Hong Kong, 5 hotels under our Group have been designated as the Government’s Community Isolation Facility starting from late February 2022, including Hotel COZi ∙ Harbour View, Hotel COZi ∙ Resort, Hotel COZi ∙ Oasis, Bay Bridge Lifestyle Retreat and Hotel Ease ∙ Mong Kok. The hotels will not open to the public during this period, and restaurants in the hotel premises will be temporarily closed until further notice.
 
The health and well-being of our guests, employees and the community are of paramount importance at Tang’s Living Group, and we are committed to social responsibility and giving back to the community. We recognize the critical need to act with the growing urgency to offer rooms for isolation and support to those being affected, hoping to minimize the risk of the spread of the virus and alleviate the heavy burden on isolation facilities that reached capacity. Together, we join hands with the community and fight against the virus.
 
We ensure our hotel facilities comply to HKSAR Government’s health and safety standard, for instance additional air purifiers are installed to increase ventilation, negative pressure is assured in all guest rooms, exhaust ventilation system is enhanced, etc., alongside our usually rigorous preventive measures in place to assure a safe, healthy and comfortable environment for all. We ensure all staff members are well-protected and practise the essential infection control training and latest guidelines provided by the HKSAR Government. All staff members will be well-equipped with surgical masks and other necessary personal protective equipment including but not limited to protective coveralls, gloves and goggles during their duties, and undertaking regular testing to safeguard the health and safety of the team.
