Responsibilities: 
  • Provide professional customer services to the guests
  • Handle guests’ enquiries, emergency cases and complaints
  • Ensure the daily efficiency of Front Desk operations
Requirements: 
  • Diploma holder or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
  • At least 2-3 years relevant experience in hotel industry
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of Hotel Property Management System (PMS) is preferred
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Guest Services Supervisor
