Responsibilities:
Perform daily operations of front desk services including greet and welcome guests, check-in, check-out, handling inquiries, etc
Provide efficient, courteous and professional services to guests
Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
F.5 or DSE graduate, Diploma / Certificate in hospitality is an advantage
Minimum 1 year working experience in Hotel Front Office / Customer Services
Knowledge of Hotel PMS (e.g. Infor, Opera, etc) is an advantage
Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Pleasant personality and good communication skills
